To this point it is my opinion is this is exactly what will make this a dream team.
JD Vance, currently serving as the junior United States senator from Ohio since 2023. He is a member of the Republican Party and rose to prominence with his 2016 memoir, “Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis.”
Vance enlisted in the Marines out of Middletown High School in 2003 and served in Iraq. He later graduated from Yale Law School, where he met his wife, Usha Vance. They have three children.
In 2022, Vance was elected to the U.S. Senate, defeating former Democratic Rep. Tim Ryan. Vance’s political career has been marked by his conservative views and his focus on issues such as the opioid crisis, economic revitalization, and immigration reform. He has been a strong advocate for policies aimed at supporting working-class families and promoting economic growth in the Midwest.
